Saturn Opposition

On the night of the 27th  of July, the observatory offers a thematic session dedicated to the planet Saturn. Join us and learn more about this planet and observe its rings through the telescope.

Despite being observable on our sessions from the end of May up until the end of September, in on this night that the planet is found at opposition. This means that we will at the shortest distance to the planet on this night (for the year of 2018) and with the Sun diametrically opposed on the sky. Saturn will be visible all night, from sunset to sunrise.

Besides Saturn, we will also explore other two planets, double stars, nebulas and galaxies.
