The Orionids are produced by fragments of one of the most famous comets in history, Comet 1P/Halley.
- Time interval: 26th of September to 22nd of November
- Peak Intensity [PI]: 20 – 21 of October
- Lunar State during PI: 37% Full
- Incidence Rate during [PI]: 10-20 events/hour
The ideal days to observe the showers will be the 20th and 21st of October.
